I love talking to Bryan because we both go off on a number of tangents regarding the fitness industry and some of the shit we’ve seen in our lifetime. His wisdom is ageless, his physique is 40 yet believe it or not he will be 50 next year. We had a great chat about things we’ve seen over the years, and what Bryan's strategies are with his clients who are dads, in addition to regular people. I picked him to speak at the Silverback Summit because I appreciate his ability to filter the BS and layout simple strategies for success.
